Track Group Attendance Without the Spreadsheet Chaos

모임 출석체크 - 그룹 출석 관리 app icon

If you run a recurring group — a study circle, a sports club, a church small group, a hobby meetup — you already know the pain of tracking who showed up and who didn’t. Paper sign-in sheets get lost, shared spreadsheets get messy, and chasing down attendance records before the next meeting is nobody’s idea of a good time.

I built this app to solve exactly that problem. Managing a regular group in Korea, I kept running into situations where I needed a quick, reliable way to log attendance, review trends, and share a summary with other organizers — all from my phone. Nothing I found quite fit, so I made my own.

The app, originally named 모임 출석체크 in Korean, is designed around the real workflow of a group leader: open the app, pick today’s date, tap each member present, and you’re done. Everything else — the history, the statistics, the reporting — is built on top of that simple action.

What it does

  • Member profiles: Register each person with their name, nickname, date of birth, and join date — all visible in one place, no digging required.
  • Calendar-based check-in: Select any date on the calendar and toggle attendance on or off for each member. Correcting a past session is just as easy as logging a new one.
  • Attendance statistics: View attendance rates broken down by the last week, last month, last three months, or all time — visualized so you can spot patterns at a glance.
  • Per-member history: See each person’s cumulative attendance count, current streak, and a list of sessions they missed — useful when you need to have a conversation about commitment or eligibility.
  • Share as an image: Export the current attendance summary as a single image and send it directly via messaging apps or social media, no screenshots or copy-pasting needed.
  • Multiple sign-in options: Log in with Kakao, Google, Apple, or email. Your data is stored securely on the server and can be permanently deleted at any time by removing your account.

The feature set is deliberately focused. This is not a full-blown organization management platform — it is a lean, purpose-built tool for the one job that group leaders do over and over: showing up, taking attendance, and keeping a record that actually means something over time.

Who it’s for

This app is a natural fit for anyone leading a group that meets on a regular schedule. That includes club leaders who have too many members to track mentally, study group organizers who need an objective record of participation, sports team managers, and anyone running classes or association meetings where attendance affects standing or eligibility. While the app grew out of a specifically Korean context — where structured hobby clubs, study groups, and community organizations are a big part of social life — the underlying problem is universal. If you have a group, a schedule, and people who may or may not show up, this app does the record-keeping for you.

Version 1.0 is available now on the App Store. If you give it a try, I would genuinely love to hear what works and what doesn’t — feedback from real group leaders is exactly what will shape where this goes next.
